Trained as a development economist at the International Institute for Social Sciences (EUR), Arpan has a diverse background across applied policy research, impact evaluation, and data management.

At AIGHD, Arpan works as a project manager on antimicrobial resistance and infectious disease prevention projects in the Global South. He is interested in the intersection of global health and international development and seeks to understand how health policies and institutional barriers shape the lived realities of at-risk populations.
