After a career in business as a manager and consultant, Rob van der Kolk has now been working enthusiastically in healthcare for more than 15 years. First as an independent entrepreneur and then as a director at Amsterdam UMC. He is also a supervisor at a number of healthcare and educational institutions.

Rob is always looking for new ways in complex issues. It gives him the greatest satisfaction when he can encourage and inspire people to get the best out of themselves and then get the job done together.
