Taco Jan Prins was born in Groningen and studied medicine at University Utrecht, completed in 2016. He finished the residency Global Health and Tropical medicine in 2021 and now works for migrant population on the Thai Myanmar Border with Shoklo Malaria Research Unit and Chiang Mai University.  Now, with cooperation of the Amsterdam UMC and the University of Amsterdam, he is doing his PhD on Empowering reproductive health decisions for migrant women in low resource settings.
