49th Union World Conference on Lung Health to be held in The Hague, Netherlands

It’s official! The Netherlands will host the 49th Union World Conference on Lung Health in 2018. The annual conference is one of the most important conferences on tuberculosis and is attended by delegates from more than 125 countries presenting research from every region of the world. The Union World Conference on Lung Health is the largest annual meeting focusing on the issues as they relate to low- and middle-income countries and populations.

The KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation and the municipality of The Hague will facilitate the conference from 24 to 27 October 2018, working alongside The Union. AIGHD has offered support in shaping the scientific programme, and will also stimulate linkage with the AIDS2018 conference which will be held in Amsterdam three months prior.
