Dr Sivaporn Gatechompol graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. She completed her internal medicine and infectious disease trainings at Ramathibodi Hospital in 2015. She currently works at HIV-NAT, Thai Red Cross – AIDS Research Centre as a principle or co-investigator for several HIV and TB studies. She is an investigator at the Tuberculosis Research Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and also an investigator for Tuberculosis Transformative Science Group in AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG) network. She has started her PhD trajectory since 2019 under the supervision of Prof. F.G.J Cobelens. Her PhD thesis focuses on predicting and diagnosing TB among people living with HIV in low-and middle-income countries.
