Policy brief of Ghana study

The policy brief of the Ghana NHIS study is published on the INCLUDE-social protection website of NWO-WOTRO.

The National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), initiated in 2004, aims to realize accessible quality healthcare services for the entire population of Ghana. On request of the National Health Insurance Authority in Ghana, our study explored the effect of social relationships and networks on active membership in the NHIS.
